It's not always crap

Thursday evening.
Italians, an Austrian, 4 Belgians and one Indian.
Most jokes start with less people.

Someone took the rigth decision to go to the Krishna, opposite off the Sun and Sand.
Time for some crap. Crab? I'll have some.

This animal looks scary but he must have tought the same of the guy he was looking at.
He was right.

Michel has always been confortable amongst the weird looking. Specially when they are tied up.

Gaurav steps away for a cow but these moving rocks couldn't move him an inch.

Michel (Allthough this picture was taken a week earlier) After this stunning meal.
The stairs became a bit slippery.

Our hero, when it comes to animals. Auw, this thing is moving. (Some might recognize the sleeves of this nice gentleman)
...
Eating it went a lot better.

Poker and business

Hallo everyone, the weekend has started, which gives me some time to think about last week. Yesterday was pokerday with the expats. I was up 700 in the end, so the skills are still there. The last days in office gave me also the first proposals and orders coming. I'm looking forward to see my bosses next week. I hope this will give a drive to the custom design stuff.
I'm allready confortable in my team. They've offered me Hindi food as a snack at 4. It was extremely spice and they had a good laugh. I was lucky to have some water on my desk.
Last night we've had cake at midnight to celebrate Wouter's birthday. It was very cool, he didn't expect this. Tonight we're invited to his apartment for a bbq. He imports meat from bangalore, 20kg at the time. Next week I'll decide for a place to live. So you might see some phot's on the next post.
Cheers.

India on solid water

Hi everybody,
Finally arrived in Pune. India is for the moment a giant swimming pool. If you think it rains in Belgium, think again. All the roads are full with water, the river has raised 2m just this week. It's becoming difficult to get at te company. Nevertheless, we're eating good food (As you can see Mr. Fordel enjoying his Steak Sizzling above), working a lot and drinking and talking about the Indian week of life every eveing in the bar. There are some Belgian guys here: Stijn, Bart, Michel, Fransceso, Wouter, Piet and myself. We're trying to get some connection with the Indians, but it's not easy. A normal engineer from my team has to take the bus for an hour to get to the company, has totally different eating habbits and then there's the hierarchical problem. Anyway, this weekend someone from the hotel willl smuggle us into the Area 51, an Indian discotheque with a revolving floor and ceiling, so sunday I should have some more stories to tell. Tomorrow, we'll make business, 4 units to sell, so work has started already.
See ya
